Infant Feeding, Nutrition, and Child Development:  A Cross-Cultural Odyssey

Dr. Bentley’s Kellogg International Global Nutrition award lecture will discuss three broad themes related to early nutrition and child development. This includes her personal journey of becoming a nutritional anthropologist. She will discuss the importance of using mixed methods and a holistic ecological framework; forging interdisciplinary collaborations in nutrition and child development and nutrition and infectious disease; and the importance of research that focuses on both under and over-nutrition.
