Program Description

Hydration science is an emerging field of research. In the past 5 years, there has been an impressive amount of new data published, going from cognitive science to kidney pathophysiology. This session aims at reviewing the latest and giving the audience the state-of-art of hydration science.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, attendees will be able to:

  • Describe the latest science on hydration and its effects on health.
